Here, Country Living Deputy Home and Style Editor, Alaina Binks, shares her three favourite themes to look out for in 2018.

1. RICH AND EARTHY TONES

A warming colour palette inspired by nature and woodlands. From the vibrant tones of the turning leaves including rich reds, russet and amber yellows to comforting brown tones as seen in conkers and bracken.

For pattern and texture, choose natural woods and woodland-inspired motifs, such as pinecones, squirrels and owls, along with displays of natural foliage.
