Two designer-furnished models have opened at Milano Lakes, a new luxury apartment community off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.
"The new furnished models represent two of our popular floor plans at Milano Lakes,” said Krys Hamilton, leasing specialist for Milano Lakes. “The homes offer visitors some ideas of how they might place their furniture in their new home, and, at the same time, they illustrate the luxury finishes in each apartment at Milano Lakes.”
The Bellisa model is a three-bedroom, two-bath design with a balcony. The master suite includes two walk-in closets and a private bath with a dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. Two bedrooms share a bath that opens to the hallway. The home features an island kitchen and a laundry room in the apartment. The Bellisa encompasses 1,439 square feet.
The Vera model has two bedrooms and two baths plus a balcony. In this design, the master suite offers two walk-in closets and a private bath with a tub/shower combination and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has access to a hall bath. There is an island kitchen and a laundry room in the apartment. The Vera has 1,159 square feet.
“The apartments at Milano Lakes include the features and the designs that are popular in single-family homes,” Hamilton said. “With furnishings in place, visitors can readily appreciate how spacious and luxurious the designs are.”
Milano Lakes offers four floor plans, ranging from a one-bedroom design with 808 air-conditioned square feet and 889 total square feet, to a three-bedroom apartment with 1,439 air-conditioned square feet and a total of 1,545 square feet.
Each unit includes laundry facilities, a master suite with a walk-in closet and dual sinks in the master bath, an island kitchen with a dining area, and a lanai. Elevators in each building make apartment access convenient.
Designed as an active community, Milano Lakes includes a 5,488-square-foot clubhouse that reflects the influence of Mediterranean architecture. Facilities include a resort-style swimming pool and pool deck complete with cabana stripe market umbrellas. The fitness center offers all of the most popular apparatus. The interior was created by Design Group West with architectural ceiling details and a custom designed entertainment wall. Located on a 23-acre site, Milano Lakes will include 296 apartments in eight buildings when complete, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Within the community, 96 detached garages are planned.
