Builder offers incentives on move-in-ready homes

KIRKLAND — Four homes are available for immediate move-in at Rosehaven at Bradford Place, where up to $50,000 in financial incentives are being offered by the builder, Toll Brothers.

This is the final weekend for the builder’s “Tour It, Love It, Make It Yours” campaign at Rosehaven at Bradford Place and 10 other communities: Alderbrook Lane, Bayview at Gig Harbor, Belvedere, Cedarcroft, Dawson Square, Marymoor Vistas, Overlook at Brookshire, Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill, Pipers Glen and Talon Ridge.

There are more than 20 move-in-ready home designs available, ranging from traditional to contemporary, with and without daylight basements, and with up to three-car garages, says Rita Pettit, community sales manager at Rosehaven at Bradford Place.

The Shoreline Contemporary is one of four available designs.

“This is a great opportunity to get into a brand-new home without having to compete with multiple offers and stress over extensive inspections,” she says. “For relocation buyers — and worn-out buyers who have been in multiple-offer situations and lost out — buying a new Toll Brothers home provides a lot of peace of mind.”

Home plans at Rosehaven at Bradford Place include the Sherman Farmhouse, the Sherman Contemporary, the Shoreline Shingle and the Shoreline Contemporary, which is featured in the community’s newly released model home.

“The Sherman features a beautiful four-bedroom design with an open kitchen and an incredible mud room or drop-zone area that’s very convenient for families,” says Pettit. “The Shoreline Contemporary is our model home that was just released for sale. There are so many luxury options including a curved staircase with a dramatic, modern iron railing. The furnishings and the accessories are even included in the purchase with no additional costs.”

The Shoreline Contemporary design features four bedrooms and a loft, 2.5 baths and 3,258 square feet of living space. It has modern interior finishes that mimic the home’s contemporary exterior.

The home has a two-tone kitchen with Wolf appliances, quartz countertops and an island with a waterfall edge. There is a custom-designed kitchen pantry and an open dining room with a striking chandelier and built-in wine rack.

The Shoreline Contemporary’s outdoor living area makes an impression as well, inviting homeowners to enjoy an alfresco entertaining lifestyle. It includes disappearing sliding doors that open to a covered patio with a two-sided fireplace.

“These are our last homes for sale and the final opportunity to get into a coveted location close to employment centers,” says Pettit. “Couple that with the financial incentives during the last weekend of the ‘Tour It, Love It, Make It Yours’ campaign and it’s a really unbeatable time to buy.”

An additional draw is Rosehaven at Bradford Place’s proximity to the vibrant downtowns of Kirkland and Redmond. The community is served by the Lake Washington School District and is walking distance to Lake Washington High School.
