While recent reports indicate first-time buyers are shying away from new home costs, Arrowhead Reserve provides affordable choices to make ownership possible. Arrowhead Reserve is a new neighborhood of single-family homes being developed by FL Star off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.

In recent months loan guidelines have eased somewhat, and there are a number of special programs available specifically for first-time buyers.
For example, buyers may be able to qualify for loans that require less than a 20 percent down payment, or they may be able to qualify for an FHA mortgage with a credit score of only 590, a lower credit score than commonly available for most loans. Qualifying veterans of the armed services may also opt for a VA mortgage that requires no down payment and no penalty points on the mortgage.
“There are other programs designed for first-time buyers, including loans and grants that provide down payment assistance,” Hains said. “Our sales team has a mortgage officer available to help buyers sort through their options and assist them to select the program that best fills their needs. Several move-in ready homes are nearing completion at Arrowhead Reserve, providing buyers the opportunity to take immediate advantage of low interest rates and current mortgage programs. The designs include the Casa Feliz, the Fiesta and the Fantasia.
