IMMOKALEE — FL Star Construction has begun construction of two homes that will serve as models at Arrowhead Reserve, a community of single-family homes off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee. The models represent two of the selection of designs within the community, the Fantasia and the Casa Feliz.
"The Fantasia is a new design recently introduced at Arrowhead Reserve to expand the options available to homebuyers," said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star Construction. "The Fantasia is the first four-bedroom design we’ve created especially for Arrowhead Reserve, a perfect choice for larger families."
The Fantasia offers four bedrooms and two full baths in 1,638 air-conditioned square feet. With lanai, covered entry and two-car garage, the home encompasses 2,273 total square feet under roof.
An open design great room plan, the island kitchen separates the family living space and the dining area. The master bedroom includes a generous walk-in closet and a private bath with twin vanities, a large walk-in shower and linen closet. There is a separate laundry room that offers convenient access from the garage as well as the interior hallway.
The Fantasia is priced starting at $192,900.
"The Casa Feliz remains one of our most popular home designs," Hains said. "It is a basic great room design that fits a variety of family lifestyles."
The Casa Feliz includes three bedrooms and two full baths in 1,473 square feet. With a two-car garage and entry way accented with four columns, the Casa Feliz encompasses 1,975 total square feet.
The great room opens through sliding glass doors to the back patio. The adjacent kitchen offers access to the dining space and provides additional breakfast counter seating. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and master bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share access to a full bath that features a tub/shower combination. The laundry room includes a large pantry for storage.
The Casa Feliz is priced starting at $179,900.
Other new home designs available within Arrowhead Reserve range from a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,297 air-conditioned square feet and 1,711 total square feet to a three-bedroom plus den, two-bath design with 1,600 air-conditioned square feet and 2,098 total square feet. Built by FL Star Construction, home prices begin at $168,900.
Arrowhead Reserve is close to area amenities that include 1,500-acre Lake Trafford, the State Farmer’s Market with a year-round fresh produce, and the Seminole Casino and Hotel.
